This 10-day tour combines challenging trekking in the spectacular Rwenzori Mountains with some wildlife viewing in Uganda's premier national park.

Uganda's spectacular Rwenzori Mountains National Park offers challenging trekking combined with fabulous views and unusual scenery. On this route, there's the option of climbing to the summit Africa's 3rd highest peak - Mount Margherita (5109m). Only adventurous climbers with mountaineering experience should attempt this, as it involves a tough glacier crossing and the use of crampons and ice equipment. For those who do reach the top, the achievement is hugely satisfying, particularly as it requires so much effort to get there. Enquire now
