Days 1-3: Selous Game Reserve

Take an afternoon flight from either Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar to the beautiful Selous Region of Tanzania. This 4 day adventure begins in the Selous Game Reserve where, on arrival, you will be introduced to your new ‘home’ at the Rufiji River Camp on the banks of the Rufiji River.

Spend your days exploring the diverse natural beauty of the reserve with walking tours, game drives and boat safaris along the meandering network of rivers. You can also book a fishing trip or overnight at “Fly Camp” on the shore of Lake Mzizimia, for an intimate bush experience under the African sky.
